In order to submit your papers, you need to save/convert your paper into PDF format. Unless you own the full version of Adobe Acrobat, this might be something new to you.
A) You can use these three free file conversion sites:
(For this one your original file cannot be larger than 1MB. So, you might not be able to include your graphic files as part of the document.)

Free and works with .docx files! And 100MB size limit!
